Job summary

Job description

A national plaintiff-side litigation firm is seeking a mid-level to senior litigation associate for a fully remote role that will support one of the firm's founding partners in a thriving national class action and mass arbitration practice, primarily involving consumer protection and data privacy matters. Qualified candidates must be licensed to practice in at least one US jurisdiction and have strong civil litigation experience, including taking and defending depositions and drafting substantive motions and briefs. Experience involving consumer class actions, data breach or privacy litigation, and/or mass arbitrations is a plus but is not required, and attorneys with defense-side experience who are passionate about consumer protection and interested in transitioning to a plaintiff's firm are encouraged to apply.

Base compensation for this role is in the mid $100K range, with a multi-tier bonus policy that increases compensation to the high $100K to $200K+ range.
