Nationwide Sports Construction is hiring a Civil Estimator to prepare cost estimates for sports field and civil projects. Remote or on-site in Missouri, you’ll review plans, perform quantity takeoffs, and analyze bids to develop accurate proposals and budgets.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated skills in civil construction estimating, including quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and bid preparation.
• Proficiency with estimating software, spreadsheets, and construction plans (blueprints, specifications, civil drawings).
• Knowledge of sitework and sports field construction, such as grading, drainage, utilities, concrete, and surfacing systems.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with project teams, vendors, and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines, organize workload, and adapt to changing project needs.

Aufgaben

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for sports field and civil construction projects, including earthwork, utilities, concrete, drainage, and related site improvements.
• Review plans and specifications, perform quantity takeoffs, analyze subcontractor and supplier quotes, and develop bid proposals and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and operations teams to clarify scope, assess risks, and align estimates with field conditions.
• Maintain historical cost data, update pricing, and support value engineering to meet client goals while maintaining quality.
