Qualifications

• 3+ years of estimating experience in sitework, heavy civil, or sports construction.
• Proficiency with estimating software and managing multiple bids.
• Ability to evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and proposals for sports construction projects.
• Review plans and specifications to determine project scope.
• Perform quantity takeoffs for sitework and related fields.
