Job summary

PacRim Engineering seeks an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager in California to lead municipal, DoD, and private development projects. You will supervise design engineers, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of PS&E packages while coordinating with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements include a BS in Civil Engineering, a CA PE license, and at least ten years of experience; a Master’s degree is a plus. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of public works and civil engineering design principles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Bluebeam.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in plan, specification, and cost estimate development.
• Coordinate client communications and teaming partner firms.
• Oversee site design, street and pavement improvements, and utility coordination.
• Prepare Basis of Design (BOD) and PS&E packages and related reports.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and proposals to ensure project success.
