Job summary

PacRim Engineering in San Diego, CA is hiring an experienced Civil Engineer to join a team serving DoD, Federal Programs, and municipal clients. The role requires MicroStation InRoads expertise and a strong background in civil design and reporting.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (ABET) and at least 10 years of experience; CA EIT is preferred. Flexible work-from-home options are available, with a robust compensation package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Civil Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Minimum 10 years of civil engineering experience.
• EIT license in California preferred.
• Experience with DoD agencies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Site engineering design for buildings and parking areas.
• Street improvement design and traffic-related work.
• Pavement rehabilitation and maintenance planning.
• Rough and precise grading plans preparation.
• Storm design and drainage calculations.
• Waterline and sewer pipe design responsibilities.
• Flood control and interchange improvement tasks.
• Prepare specifications and coordinate utilities.
• Assist project manager and contribute to proposals.
