Job summary

Sitelines, PA seeks a Civil Engineer - Project Manager to lead site/civil projects from concept through permitting and construction support. The role emphasizes ownership, client communication, and coordination with municipalities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering preferred.
• 4–8 years of site/civil engineering experience with strong site design skills.
• Maine Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience with local and state permitting requirements.
• Experience with AutoCAD is required; HydroCAD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading site/civil engineering projects from concept through design, permitting, and construction support.
• Preparing site designs, including grading, layout, utilities, and erosion & sediment control plans
• Designing stormwater management systems
• Coordinating multi-disciplinary teams on land development, stormwater management, and utility design
• Developing project scopes, contracts, and budgets
• Attending field meetings, site visits, and Town/City public meetings
• Building and maintaining relationships with municipal staff and regulatory agencies
• Preparing reports and local/state permit applications
• Contributing to business development and client relationship efforts
