Job summary

Design Tree Engineering & Land Survey is seeking a Civil Engineer to lead project teams on multifamily, commercial, municipal, and education projects. The role blends project management with hands-on design tasks across civil site projects and stormwater management.

You will manage scopes, budgets, and client communications, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to proposals and business development. Remote-friendly environment offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in Civil Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• PE or EIT on track to obtain PE.
• Strong knowledge of codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Provide design support including drafting, hydrologic modeling and grading design.
• Prepare permit applications and coordinate with clients and agencies.
• Coordinate with subcontractors/consultants and ensure on-time deliverables.
• Support business development through proposals and client meetings.
