Qualifications

• Verifiable experience in Land Surveying and Civil 3D.
• Advanced Spoken English is mandatory.
• Knowledge in Grading Plans and calculations (MUST).
• Knowledge in Storm Utility plans and calculations (MUST).
• Ability to interpret topographic and boundary surveys.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee civil engineering projects related to land development.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and other design software.
• Prepare grading, drainage, roadway, and utility plans.
• Provide technical guidance on design feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Quality control of all drawings and survey drafts.
