Job summary

The Dimension Group is seeking a remote Civil Engineer to lead a civil design team in the Orlando, FL area. The ideal candidate will have a Florida PE and a track record of directing large, multi-disciplinary projects, with strong communication and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities include leading project delivery, pursuing new work, mentoring staff, and coordinating with regional leadership. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and grading/stormwater reporting is required.

Qualifications

• Requires Florida Professional Engineer license.
• Minimum of 4+ years of municipal/civil engineering consulting or engineering management experience.
• BS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Strong client relationships with major clients (Dallas/Ft Worth) are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership for the civil design team and project delivery.
• Develop and manage client relationships and project pursuit strategies.
• Lead project pursuit and management activities.
• Contribute to strategic and operational plans for the team.
• Communicate and coordinate with peers and regional management.
