Qualifications

• TN Professional Engineer license required.
• 4+ years in municipal civil engineering consulting or engineering management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and client relationship experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong and confident leadership of a civil design team.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and manage key accounts.
• Lead project pursuit and drive project delivery.
• Develop strategic and operational plans for projects.
• Coordinate with peers and regional management on project execution.
