Job summary

Castillo Engineering Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer I to lead site development and grading for solar and energy projects. You will prepare plans, model surfaces, and support multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate deliverables.

The role requires 1+ years in civil site design, proficiency in Civil 3D and PVCase, and a commitment to quality and safety. Remote US-based work is supported; PE licensure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 1+ years of civil site design experience (internships accepted).
• Proficient in Civil 3D, PVCase, and related design tools.
• Desire to obtain PE licensure or active EIT certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare site development and grading plans.
• Create Civil 3D drawings including profiles and layouts.
• Perform earthwork analysis and volume calculations.
• Coordinate with engineers and project managers to meet deadlines.
