Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation in civil defense litigation including insurance and personal injury disputes.
• Manage caseload from inception through trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and firm policies.
