Responsibilities

• Own the health and reliability of CI systems end to end.
• Spot problems before outages and reduce flaky tests.
• Improve the release process and testing workflow, not just fix bugs.
• Support engineers writing tests and interpreting CI results.
• Take initiative to optimize infrastructure reliability.
