Qualifications

• 8+ years operating enterprise CI/CD platforms.
• Production experience at large scale with Jenkins/CloudBees.
• Hands-on Jenkins administration at scale (CloudBees preferred).
• Experience leading a platform transition with a no-disruption requirement.
• Bachelor degree in a technical field required.

Responsibilities

• Own the CI/CD platform operations, ensuring stability and HA across 25 controllers.
• Manage Jenkins/CloudBees estate, with automated configuration and cost-aware scaling.
• Oversee Kubernetes-based build agent fleets and autoscaling across clusters.
• Lead the 90-day transition with milestone gates and zero production incidents.
• Coordinate with GitHub Enterprise and DevOps teams for reliable automation and workflows.
