Job summary

Innosoft Corporation is seeking a hands-on CI/CD Team Lead / Technical Delivery Manager to own and scale a federal program's DevSecOps platform. You will drive a 90-day zero-disruption transition, oversee 25 CloudBees controllers, and manage thousands of builds monthly across GitHub Cloud and Enterprise.

The role combines platform operations, transition leadership, and developer enablement, with strict security and US-based working requirements.

Qualifications

8+ years operating enterprise CI/CD platforms, including 4+ years in production at scale.
Direct hands-on Jenkins administration at scale, ideally CloudBees CI with Operations Center.
Experience running build infrastructure on Kubernetes including autoscaling agent fleets.
Experience integrating CI/CD with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Cloud, including webhooks and org-level config.
Demonstrated experience leading a platform transition with a hard no-disruption requirement, including rollback planning.

Responsibilities

Administer and optimize the CloudBees Jenkins Operations Center and 25 managed controllers for stability and config management.
Manage EKS clusters to balance performance and cost while keeping health high.
Deliver automated build analytics, performance reporting and proactive bottleneck resolution.
Maintain GitHub Cloud/Enterprise integration with reliable workflow triggering and connectivity.
Lead transition planning, risk mitigation, and first program-owned maintenance windows.
