Job summary

Innosoft Corporation is seeking a CI/CD Team Lead / Technical Delivery Manager to own the CloudBees Jenkins-based platform and drive a 90-day transition with zero production impact. This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned practitioner managing a large Jenkins estate and 70k builds per month.

You will supervise 25 CloudBees CI controllers, oversee 10k+ repos, and align automation with GitHub Enterprise.

Qualifications

8+ years operating enterprise CI/CD platforms, with 4+ years in production at scale.
Hands-on Jenkins administration at scale, preferably CloudBees CI.
Experience running build infrastructure on Kubernetes with autoscaling.
Experience integrating CI/CD with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Cloud.
Led a platform transition or migration with a no-disruption requirement.

Responsibilities

Oversee CI/CD platform operations: stability, HA, and config management across 25 controllers.
Manage EKS autoscaling clusters and compute provisioning to meet demand while controlling cost.
Improve pipeline performance and deliver automated analytics and dashboards.
Maintain integration with GitHub Cloud/Enterprise and reliable workflow triggering.
Define baselines and publish reusable templates and shared libraries.
Lead transition leadership with risk mitigation and rollback procedures.
