Hyland is seeking a DevOps Engineer to drive CI/CD automation and platform evolution for scalable, reliable systems. You'll partner with teams to implement automation solutions, monitor deployments, and ensure high availability across applications and environments.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of three years' experience.
• Experience with configuration management tools and CI/CD platforms, and managing container-based platforms.
• Experience in Linux and Windows administration with scripting experience and enterprise web application config/administration.
• Experience with CI/CD SaaS environments like CircleCI, Bamboo, Octopus Deploy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement a CI/CD platform; develop best practices and adoption strategies.
• Automate deployments and develop monitoring and deployment tools for high availability.
• Collaborate across departments to develop practical automation solutions.
• Diagnose system issues and support test automation integration in CI/CD.
• Maintain internal documentation reflecting activity across apps and environments.
• Stay current on industry best practices through professional learning opportunities.
