Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support enterprise software delivery platforms with a DevOps emphasis. The role focuses on CI/CD, platform engineering, and production support across large-scale environments.

You will design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment, integrate security scanning, and collaborate with software, cloud, and security teams to improve release efficiency and platform reliability.

Qualifications

4+ years in Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
Strong experience with Harness.
Hands-on with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or GitHub Actions.
Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Artifactory or other artifact repositories.
Experience integrating Checkmarx, Black Duck, or SonarQube into pipelines.
Experience with Maven.
Strong troubleshooting for deployment pipelines and API integrations.

Responsibilities

Design, support, and optimize enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
Build and maintain deployment automation using modern DevOps tools.
Troubleshoot production issues, deployment failures, and API integrations.
Support developer platforms and improve automation across engineering teams.
Integrate security scanning tools into CI/CD pipelines.
Manage artifact repositories and source code management platforms.
Implement proactive monitoring and observability solutions.
Collaborate with software, cloud, and security teams to improve platform stability and release efficiency.
Participate in production support, incident response, and root cause analysis.
