Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for the Cloud Platform to own the strategy and execution of cloud infrastructure and developer tooling across SaaS and hosted environments. You will partner with engineering leadership to drive scalable, multi-cloud architecture and improve developer productivity.

This technically grounded role requires deep product judgment, excellent communication with executives, and the ability to align teams across platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology product management with cloud platform focus.
• Experience delivering SaaS cloud platforms at scale.
• Experience with internal developer portals and cross-team alignment.
• Strong data-driven decision making and roadmap prioritization.
• Executive presence with strong communication across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own cloud infrastructure roadmap and backlog for SaaS and hosted environments.
• Define standards and tooling for cloud readiness and internal developer portal.
• Own performance testing and tuning for the SaaS platform across multi-cloud.
• Identify long-term platform opportunities and manage priorities across programs.
• Collaborate with engineering and leadership to ensure timely platform delivery.
• Mentor team members and contribute to PM best practices.
