Responsibilities

• Design, build and implement moderately complex technology platforms and solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues; perform root-cause analyses.
• Safeguard security and confidentiality of systems and data; drive complex improvements.
• Identify internal efficiencies on data center systems; provide recommendations.
• Act as trusted advisor on issues and trends; provide consulting within best practices.
• Design and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions; test DR plans.
• Document design, operations and troubleshooting; train team members.
• Mentor and provide feedback to team members; support leadership with technical insights.
