Job summary

Qualifications

• Adapt to any LLS technology enhancements that improve service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls on demand for Chuj and English speakers.
• Maintain professionalism and cultural sensitivity during sessions.
• Follow client instructions and avoid interaction with the LEP without permission.
