Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking a Chromatography Sales Specialist within the Analytical Solutions Group. The role covers IA, IL, IN, KS, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OK, WI and TX, with ~50% overnight travel.

You will present capabilities, interface with customers, and represent Chromatography LC/GC/HPLC products and services across the region. The successful candidate will have direct Chromatography instrumentation sales experience, a Chemistry degree, and proven ability to manage accounts, develop business

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Direct experience with Chromatography (LC/GC/HPLC).
• 3–5 years of experience selling or supporting Chromatography instrumentation.
• Willingness to travel ~50% with vehicle provided.

Responsibilities

• Grow Sales Volume by executing a plan aligned with regional and company objectives.
• Develop and implement business plans, maintain territory management and provide technical information to customers.
• Cultivate partnerships with customers and suppliers to provide solutions.
• Collaborate with regional sales, service, product specialists and business units to ensure excellent customer service.
