Job summary

Emora Health is seeking licensed clinicians in Illinois to provide high-quality virtual therapy to children, teens, and young adults (ages 4–30). This remote role offers flexible hours and 100% telehealth delivery via a clinician-centered platform.

You’ll use AI-assisted documentation, benefit from a consistent caseload, and handle independent licensure with support from Emora’s credentialing team. Expect autonomy over your schedule and a collaborative clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active IL license (LCPC/LCSW/LMFT/Clinical Psychologist) in good standing.
• Minimum 2+ years experience working with children, teens, and families.
• Strong CBT and evidence-based telehealth practices.
• Comfort with virtual platforms and AI-assisted documentation.
• Bilingual Spanish is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, and young adults.
• Conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and treatment planning via digital dashboard.
• Manage caseload with a flexible schedule (min 5 hrs/week).
• Specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
• Assist in transitioning private clients to the platform (optional).

Education

Illinois independent clinical license (LCPC/LCSW/LMFT/Clinical Psychologist)

Experience with children/adolescents (2+ years)

CBT and telehealth delivery

Tech-savvy with AI-note tools

Spanish bilingual is a plus
