Job summary

Emora Health offers a fully remote mental health therapist role with flexible hours and 1099 independence. You will provide telehealth services to children, teens, and families while benefiting from AI-assisted documentation and a clinician-centered support system.

Role emphasizes autonomy in scheduling, reduced admin work, and access to supervision to support licensure goals. Minimum weekly hours and diverse client ages are customizable.

Qualifications

• Active associate license in Illinois (LCMHC-A, LMFT-A, or LCSW-A).
• 500 supervision hours accumulated.
• Strong foundation in CBT and evidence-based treatment delivered via telehealth.
• Experience with ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, and related conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% telehealth therapy to children, teens, young adults, and/or families.
• Conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and ongoing treatment planning.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director for complex or crisis cases.
• Complete documentation efficiently using built-in AI tools.
• Customize clinical preferences to match with clients’ expertise.
• Manage caseload to see as many clients as desired with a suitable cadence.
