Qualifications

• Must hold an active Florida clinical license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT or licensed psychologist).
• Minimum 2 years experience with children, adolescents and family dynamics.
• Strong CBT foundation and telehealth delivery experience.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms and AI-assisted documentation; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will:

Required Qualifications

• Licensure: Must hold an active, independent clinical license in the state of Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Clinical Psychologist).

• Experience: 2+ years of experience specializing in children, adolescents, and family dynamics.

• Clinical Skills: Strong foundation in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and evidence-based practices delivered via telehealth.

• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using virtual platforms, interactive digital tools, and AI-assisted documentation software.

• Bilingual: Spanish fluency is a significant plus.
