Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist providers in achieving and maintaining compliance with state licensing.
• Monitor licensed centers and homes for regulatory compliance and document findings.
• Investigate reported violations and determine follow-up actions.
• Evaluate facility practices to identify non-compliance and advise corrective measures.
• Conduct interviews and review documentation during investigations.
• Communicate regulatory requirements clearly to providers and stakeholders.
• Use Word/Excel to prepare reports and maintain records.
• Work independently in a home-based environment and coordinate with supervisors.
