Job summary

First Children’s Finance is seeking a Child Care Systems Analyst to support national systems work with data collection, analysis, and reporting. The role collaborates with state, Tribal, and municipal clients to improve the supply and sustainability of child care.

As part of the National Systems Team, you’ll develop research plans, manage data workflows, and produce user-friendly reports while ensuring ethical data practices.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting research and presenting findings.
• Ability to design and implement evaluation plans across projects.
• Ability to work with diverse adult learners and partners.
• Proficient written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with state, local, and Tribal clients to improve child care supply and sustainability.
• Develop and manage research plans and proposals.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (surveys, interviews, focus groups).
• Clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Produce clear reports, charts, and dashboards per client guidelines.
• Provide training and consultative support on data collection, dashboards, and evaluation.
