Qualifications

• Experience conducting investigations into reported violations by gathering information and interviewing involved parties.

Responsabilités

• Assist providers in achieving and maintaining compliance with licensing requirements.
• Monitor licensed centers and homes for compliance and document findings.
• Investigate reports of violations and determine appropriate follow-up actions.
• Evaluate facility practices and environments to identify non-compliance and guide corrective measures.
• Conduct interviews and review documentation during investigations.
