Job summary

TimelyCare is seeking independently licensed therapists to provide contracted virtual therapy services to children and adolescents ages 5–17+. This 1099 remote role offers flexible scheduling and requires active licensure in LPC/LCPC/LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Ph.D./Psy.D.

Independent contractors deliver evidence-based therapy with families, via secure telehealth platforms. Sessions are typically 55 minutes, with documentation and safety planning as part of ongoing care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted independent clinical licensure in the listed professions.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, documentation, and active listening skills.
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families.
• Ability to assess safety concerns and provide crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy and clinical assessment for children and adolescents.
• Develop individualized care plans based on developmental and emotional needs.
• Review progress using validated measures to guide care planning.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and professional standards.
• Coordinate care with parents, educators, and other professionals.
