Maximus seeks a Chief Engineer responsible for the end-to-end technical integrity of the program's systems. You will oversee software, infrastructure, networks, data, security, and operations to ensure a cohesive, verifiable solution that meets contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 12+ years of professional experience in enterprise systems.
• 7+ years leading enterprise platforms, applications, or technical teams.
• Experience guiding architecture, engineering, integration, and operations for CRM/ERP.
• Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP platforms, preferably Salesforce and/or Deltek Costpoint.
• Experience with APIs, integration, DevSecOps, CI/CD, testing, and release management.
• Ability to manage budgets, licensing, vendors, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Own technical integrity of the program's engineering solutions.
• Ensure all deliverables meet contractual requirements and SLAs.
• Lead decision making for scope changes, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Document scope impacts and communicate with stakeholders clearly.
• Interface with customers for design reviews and briefings.
• Track technical work, schedules, and reviews with transparency.
• Set rigor and standards for engineering discipline across teams.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
