Shufti, a global identity verification and AML compliance platform, is seeking an experienced Chief of Staff to drive operational excellence across the organization. You will own day-to-day operations, translate strategy into executable plans, and partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, Compliance, Finance, Marketing and HR to hit ambitious goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business operations, strategy, or general management with senior ops leadership
• Experience guiding multiple functions in high-growth tech/fintech environments
• Track record translating strategy into execution with measurable outcomes
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with C-suite and Boards
• Analytical and financial acumen; comfort with KPIs, budgets, forecasting
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive reporting skills
• Experience building processes, governance, and operating cadences from scratch
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first, fast-paced setting with competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business operations across all departments, ensuring alignment and delivery
• Oversee daily performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement speed/quality/cost improvements
• Design and improve operating processes, SOPs, and workflows
• Translate strategy into annual and quarterly plans, OKRs and targets
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and projects from concept to delivery
• Manage relationships with leadership, Board, investors, partners and vendors
• Establish governance, decision-making frameworks and ownership across functions
• Prepare leadership and Board materials and performance reports
• Define and monitor company-wide KPIs and dashboards
• Evaluate and implement tools/systems for scaling and risk management
• Collaborate with HR on org design and headcount planning
• Support hiring and onboarding of senior team members
• Foster a remote-first culture built on ownership, transparency and collaboration
