Chamberlain Advisors is conducting an executive search for Certum Legal Solutions to appoint a Chief Marketing & Intake Officer. This remote, national role owns the marketing and intake end-to-end, scaling a Salesforce-centric platform across multiple brands with data-driven, cross-functional leadership.

The candidate will build a greenfield marketing engine, recruit leadership, and deploy Capital across channels while maintaining regulatory compliance and a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in high-volume consumer or regulated environments.
• Deep command of multi-channel marketing and cost-per-acquired-case analysis.
• Experience with Salesforce-centric stacks and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing strategy and multi-channel deployment across paid digital, search, social, affiliates and mass media.
• Lead intake and conversion operations to achieve high-quality, scalable case acquisition.
• Build and scale a 24/7 multi-channel contact center with rapid deployment.
• Own performance analytics, unit economics and attribution reporting.
