Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years in marketing leadership with P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading high-volume consumer/regulated markets is a plus.
• Strong data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing and intake end-to-end, with P&L accountability.
• Build and scale a greenfield marketing and intake operation, including a 24/7 contact center.
• Lead Salesforce-centric tech stack development and AI integration.
• Define multi-channel investment strategy and measure CAC to signed-case outcomes.
• Drive performance analytics and unit economics to inform leadership decisions.
