Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in high-volume, consumer-facing environments.
• Deep command of multi-channel marketing across paid digital, search, social, affiliates and mass media.
• Experience leading intake and contact-center operations.
• Proven P&L ownership and executive partnership with CEO/COO/CTO.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing and intake end-to-end across multi-brand portfolio.
• Stand up a greenfield marketing organization and scale to 24/7 operations.
• Own Salesforce-centric marketing stack and reports.
• Deploy capital across channels and optimize acquisition costs.
• Lead culture, talent development and cross-brand integration.
• Ensure compliance with professional conduct across states.
