Job summary

Chamberlain Advisors is conducting an executive search for Certum Legal Solutions (CLS), a technology-forward legal services platform. The Chief Marketing & Intake Officer will own marketing and intake end to end, sit atop lead generation and conversion, and partner with CEO and COO/CTO on a Salesforce-centric stack, AI integration, and multi-brand growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in high-volume consumer marketing
• Experience leading a marketing/intake function end-to-end
• Strong data-driven acquisition strategy
• Proven cross-brand integration and leadership
• Experience with Salesforce-centric stacks
• Ability to operate in regulated multistate environments

Responsibilities

• Own marketing and intake strategy end-to-end for a multi-brand platform
• Lead the build of a 24/7 multi-channel contact center within 12 months
• Manage channel spend across digital, social, TV, radio and out-of-home
• Develop data-driven attribution and board-ready reporting
• Partner with COO/CTO on Salesforce-centric stack and AI production
