Chamberlain Advisors, LLC is conducting an executive search for Certum Legal Solutions (CLS) to build and lead a Salesforce-centric marketing and intake engine across a national platform. The role requires strategic ownership with a hands-on, build-from-scratch approach and close collaboration with the CEO and COO/CTO.

You will deploy capital across paid digital, search, social, affiliates, and mass media, while standing up a 24/7 contact center and defining KPI-driven performance at scale.

Qualifications

• Typically 10+ years of marketing leadership experience with P&L ownership.
• Deep command of paid digital, search, social and mass media channels.
• Experience marketing regulated, multistate professional services.
• Working knowledge of intake and contact-center operations.
• Fluency in consumer-acquisition economics and marketing attribution.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform’s marketing and intake end-to-end.
• Stand up a ground-up marketing organization and hire leadership.
• Build a 24/7 multi-channel contact center within 12 months.
• Develop Salesforce-centric integrations and dashboards.
• Lead cost-per-acquired-case metrics and attribution frameworks.
