Job summary

Chamberlain Advisors is seeking a Chief Marketing & Intake Officer to lead a greenfield build of the marketing and intake engine on a Salesforce-centric foundation, reporting to the CEO. This remote, United States–based role requires scaling a multi-brand portfolio with data-driven decision making and cross-functional partnership across marketing, technology, and operations.

You will own acquisition strategy across channels, deploy capital across the full funnel, and build a 24/7 contact center

Qualifications

• Executive ownership of marketing and intake end to end, with P&L responsibility.
• Stand up a ground-up marketing organization and a 24/7 multi-channel intake operation.

Responsibilities

• Define channel strategy and spend across paid digital, search, social, affiliates, and mass media.
• Lead capital deployment and build a high-performing team to scale marketing investments.
• Direct agency and aggregator relationships while reducing third-party lead dependency.
• Navigate multi-state regulatory requirements for professional conduct across jurisdictions.
