KBR is seeking a seasoned Director of Business Integrity in the United States to lead our Business Integrity and Anti-Corruption Compliance functions. You will oversee investigations, manage confidential reporting, and collaborate with senior leadership to foster a culture of integrity across the organization.

The role requires a J.D., 20+ years of legal experience with at least 5+ years in leadership, and deep expertise in anti-corruption laws.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in U.S. jurisdiction.
• 20+ years of legal experience with leadership in compliance or investigations.
• Deep expertise in anti-corruption laws, compliance, and investigations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of investigators, compliance specialists, and a senior anti-corruption attorney.
• Oversee confidential reporting programs (hotline, email, mail) and investigations into alleged Code of Business Conduct violations.
• Direct annual ethics training and conflicts of interest certification; analyze data to improve the program.
