Job summary

KBR seeks a seasoned Director of Business Integrity to lead its anti-corruption compliance and investigations. This role drives a culture of integrity across the organization, overseeing the confidential reporting program and ensuring alignment with global anti-corruption laws.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed to practice in Texas or another U.S. jurisdiction.
• 20+ years of legal experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep expertise in anti-corruption laws, compliance, and investigations.
• In-house ethics and compliance experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor investigators, compliance specialists, and a senior anti-corruption attorney.
• Oversee confidential reporting program (hotline, email, and P.O. boxes).
• Manage investigations into alleged violations of the Code of Business Conduct and recommend remediation.
• Collaborate with HR and senior leadership on case outcomes and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain and oversee the Business Integrity case management system.
• Direct annual ethics training and targeted compliance education for employees.
• Oversee conflicts of interest certification process and training records.
• Conduct trend analysis and analytics to inform program improvements.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management, Audit Committee, and the Board.
• Advise on Code of Business Conduct interpretation and compliance strategies.
• Provide legal guidance on ethics and anti-corruption issues.
• Oversee due diligence for high-risk third parties and manage outside counsel.
