Job summary

CEO Life is seeking its first Chief Marketing Officer to build and lead the marketing engine for rapid growth. Reporting to the CEO, this executive will own the system generating awareness, leads, and qualified appointments to add 20 new members per month per chapter.

The role is a high-accountability, growth-focused position with cross-functional collaboration across sales and operations. You will co-own the Road to 20 with the CRO, design a scalable marketing framework, and drive performance

Qualifications

• 10+ years in growth or performance marketing.
• 5+ years in marketing leadership roles.
• Proven track record of multi-channel lead generation and high-ticket outcomes.
• Depth in analytics, attribution, and performance measurement.
• Experience managing marketing teams or agency partners.

Responsibilities

• Co-own Road to 20 with CRO and build marketing plan per chapter.
• Create a predictable acquisition engine for 6–10 qualified appointments per business day.
• Lead paid media strategy across Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging channels.
• Design and optimize the full prospective-member journey from ad to application to appointment.
• Set creative and messaging strategy for member acquisition and replicate winning campaigns.
