SHR Talent is recruiting a Chief Marketing Officer to lead a new, ground-up marketing function for a growing multi-unit restaurant and consumer brand. This remote/flexible role offers autonomy to define strategy, roadmap, and revenue-linked marketing across the organization.

The incoming executive will personally drive execution, build infrastructure, measure ROI, and align marketing with business outcomes while collaborating with ownership and leadership.

Qualifications

• Seasoned marketing executive with credibility to operate at the executive level (CMO).
• Proven track record of building a marketing function, strategy, or platform from scratch.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect marketing to sales and revenue.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the company's overall marketing strategy, roadmap, and annual plan.
• Establish marketing infrastructure, processes, KPIs, and prioritize initiatives.
• Translate strategy into actionable campaigns and personally drive execution.
