FullStack is seeking a Chief Data Officer - Data & AI Governance to lead data strategy and governance for clients across the Americas. You will design enterprise data architectures, establish governance frameworks, and drive AI data policies while reporting to executives and boards.

This role emphasizes ownership, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-growing, remote-friendly environment.

Formación

• 10+ years of professional experience in data, analytics, or technology roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience scaling cross-functional data engineering, analytics, and governance teams.
• Established enterprise data governance, data classification, and regulatory compliance frameworks in production environments.
• Designed and executed an enterprise data architecture strategy across cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Built data policy and governance frameworks specifically for AI tools and data classification methods.
• Experience presenting data strategy to executive leadership and Boards of Directors.
