FullStack Labs, Inc. is seeking a Chief Data Officer - Data & AI Governance to lead data strategy, governance, and AI policy for client engagements. You will supervise cross-functional teams, set standards, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with executive leadership.

The role offers remote work within the USA and opportunities to shape data architectures across cloud platforms, influencing major client outcomes and industry compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional data/analytics/tech experience.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional data teams.
• Established data governance and regulatory frameworks in production.
• Designed enterprise data architecture across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Built data policy and governance for AI tools and data classification.
• Experience presenting data strategy to executives and boards.
• Experience in mortgage or financial services regulatory/privacy compliance.
• Advanced English required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ownership.
• Ability to align with client goals and deliveries.
