Job summary

Motif Neurotech is seeking a cross-functional strategic leader to oversee clinical evidence generation and external research partnerships. This role develops the clinical roadmap from early feasibility through reimbursement, shaping the scientific narrative for a new class of psychiatric therapy.

Job Location: Remote with occasional visits to Motif Headquarters in Houston, TX. You will partner with leadership to align the clinical roadmap with company strategy and product timelines, and you will

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in clinical development within the medical device, pharma, or biotech industry.
• Proven experience leading clinical studies from protocol design through execution, including regulatory submission.
• Experience managing clinical, scientific, or medical affairs teams.
• Willingness to travel to Houston, TX for onsite meetings ~4–5 times per year.
