You will own marketing strategy, lead an existing team, and help ABS become the trusted partner for healthcare business owners.

This remote role requires aligning with U.S. business hours, overseeing events and partnerships, and delivering data-driven insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of digital marketing, lead generation, campaign execution, marketing operations, or related role.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Willing to work an 8-hour graveyard shift - PH Time, aligned with U.S. business hours.
• Stable internet connection and reliable computer equipment (minimum specs) with backup device.

Responsibilities

• Translate CEO and company priorities into a distinctive U.S.-market brand narrative and messaging across platforms.
• Own quarterly demand generation campaigns across channels and partner with Sales on leads and demos.
• Lead and coach the marketing team, build briefs, calendars, and reporting processes.
• Lead marketing activation for conferences, webinars, partnerships, and client testimonials; coordinate pre-event promotions.
• Maintain a concise scorecard of brand quality and campaign performance; report insights to leadership.
