Job summary

Thunder, Inc. seeks a Chief Architect to steer the architecture practice end-to-end, defining standards, governance, and a data-and-AI strategy across multi-cloud engagements. You will oversee solution design, pre-sales oversight, and executive engagements while safeguarding delivery quality.

You will lead architecture teams, set the bar for technical excellence, and ensure scalable, responsible AI adoption within client solutions.

Qualifications

12–15+ years in enterprise/Salesforce architecture in customer-facing roles.
4+ years leading architects with standards and strategy.
Executive presence to engage C-suite and teams.
Deep Salesforce capabilities across Sales/ Service/ Experience.
Expert in REST/SOAP integrations and Salesforce integration patterns.
Data architecture with governance and Data 360.
AI/agent design on Salesforce with responsible-use considerations.
Profitability-focused architecture for scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Own the architecture function and standards across Thunder.
Lead architecture governance boards and design gates.
Define multi-cloud data models and platform strategy.
Oversee pre-sales architectural oversight and estimation discipline.
Govern data and AI strategy to ensure scalable, defensible solutions.
Represent Thunder in client-facing executive presentations and thought leadership.
Mentor and elevate the architect community; drive career development.
