Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking Chemistry Subject Matter Experts for AI training. You will design challenging chemistry problems and develop step-by-step solutions to test AI reasoning across organic, inorganic, and biochemical domains.

Responsibilities

• Design rigorous chemistry problems to test AI reasoning across domains including chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more.
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions that demonstrate precise scientific logic.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning.
• Identify gaps, misconceptions, or errors in how AI approaches chemistry problems.
• Collaborate with researchers to refine and improve benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Master's-level content.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
