Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Chemistry Subject Matter Expert (AI Training) to design and critique advanced chemistry problems that challenge AI models. You will craft rigorous questions across organic chemistry, biochemistry, and chemical engineering, and develop detailed, logically sound solutions for benchmarking AI reasoning.

The role is an hourly contract, fully remote, with 10–40 hours per week. No prior AI experience is required; strong chemistry expertise is essential for delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or closely related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains.
• Ability to clearly write and communicate complex scientific concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design rigorous, advanced chemistry problems to test AI performance across organic, biochemistry, and chemical engineering.
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with structured reasoning and accuracy.
