Placements24 seeks a highly skilled Remote Chemical Process Engineer to join an innovative team. This fully remote role allows work from anywhere within the United States, focusing on design, analysis, and optimization of chemical processes to boost efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

You will collaborate with global teams via digital platforms to drive improvements in chemical manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (required).
Minimum 8 years of experience in chemical process engineering, with focus on design and optimization.
Expertise in process simulation software (Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and data analysis.
Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
Strong understanding of reaction engineering, thermodynamics, and separation processes.

Responsibilities

Design, model, and simulate complex chemical processes using advanced software tools, working remotely.
Develop and implement process optimization strategies to increase throughput and reduce costs.
Conduct detailed technical reviews and provide expert recommendations on process design and modifications.
Ensure all processes comply with safety regulations and environmental standards globally.
Collaborate with international teams via virtual channels and provide remote support when needed.
