Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in chemical plant operations or process engineering.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues remotely.
• Proficiency in process control systems, data analysis, and remote monitoring software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams from afar.
• Strong understanding of chemical plant safety protocols and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Remotely monitor plant performance metrics and initiate corrective actions.
• Provide technical support to on-site operations personnel via digital communication channels.
• Analyze operational data to develop strategies for improving process efficiency and reducing waste.
• Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to plan and execute necessary plant upgrades or repairs.
